Got to job when he said he would and his price was very good. While working on the roof to remove the he also cleaned a lot of the moss off that had accumulated. We even paid him a little extra for the good job and service.

I would go ahead and say 5. There was some confusion regarding what waste, junk and material debris removal meant to them. It was resolved the next day. I think the most important part was willingness to talk about what was going on. The job went from a one day job to a near three day job. I think they're very observant about recycling materials rather than just knocking it down and hauling it to a dump. I do feel like they're genuine and want to make sure the home owner is happy with the results.

Their work was thorough and high quality. Very pleasant to work with. We encountered some delays due to unforseen circumstances...but not their fault. Would recommend them to anyone.

Concrete Foundation Repair
Quality of work was good. The quote was fair. Was not satisfied with work scheduling.The work hours , late afternoon to late evening. The completion of the project took too long.

"Unfortunately this customer, who was acting as their own General contractor, didn't supply us with the approved plans or have the survey completed as they promised. This caused major delays as the entire form system had to be dismantled and rebuilt which cost us many man hours. They were living on the property while the house was deemed uninhabitable by the city. They weren't upfront about the amount of time we would need to wait to receive our final payment (3 weeks, as opposed to the 5 days in the signed contract). I feel bad for them because all of this could have been avoided if they had hired us as the General Contractor as we suggested."

Concrete Foundation Repair
Gordon was professional, timely, within the quoted estimate, clean, and everything I could want in a contractor. He met timeliness, kept the site clean, did what he said he'd do, and was very knowledgeable. He repaired our foundation issue and wood rot. I will be contacting him again later for other projects on my own house (this was for a rental property).
