The service rep/installer was knowledgeable about the system I had and the one he was replacing it with (both Kinetico). Scheduled visits were on time. Removal and installation was smooth and efficient.

Tony called before arriving. He was friendly, seemed very knowledgeable, and shared what he was thinking as he worked. He was also careful to use shoe covers over carpeted areas. We felt comfortable having him in our home.
