When my wife and I finally decided to spend the money to have some exterior remodeling done that we've been talking about for years, I did a lot of research to find a General contractor that had a good reputation. We're not rich, and the amount of work we wanted to do was going to be expensive. As in second mortgage expensive. This included new porches on three sides of the house, replacing the soffit and fascia all the way around the house, new window and door trims all the way around, new rain gutters all the way around the house with gutter guards, and a new concrete patio in the back. Because of the money involved, we only had one shot to get it right so finding someone we could trust was kind of nerve-wracking. You hear a lot of horror stories about dishonest contractors. Mike and Chelsea are just the best. Super easy to work with, responsive to any questions or concerns that came up during the project, quick to remedy any mistakes or miscommunications that might have occurred, whether it was our fault their fault or one of the contractors. Everything was taken care of. Most importantly, the work was high quality and done on budget. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

At last a builder you can rely on! Mike answered our bid request very quickly. He was easy to work with always making sure he listened to my requests. He came up with some great ideas to enhance the project, always keeping budget in mind. The scheduling of the various skilled crafts was outstanding there was no "dead time". He finished the project ahead of schedule and met every one of our requirements. I would strongly recommend Mike and Gorilla Brothers for anyone needing a building or refurbishing project. Extremely professional and friendly.
