Our office building gutters had not been serviced in many years. They got the bulky stuff out of the gutters but did not use a shop vacuum, brush, broom, or water to get the dust and dirt residue out, which I had specifically contracted. When we questioned the completeness of the job, we were harangued and harassed. The gutter situation is improved, but, for $800, I think we could do better, and next time we will.

The price was high for the amount of work, but the temperature was very hot, and I am sure they were in a hurry to prevent heat stroke. I will use them again provided we can agree on a better price.

Did a pretty good job on the installation of the gutter covers. Had to return to clean up the gutters properly and install a piece over an open area.

Would not come look at job first as I just painted my house and I wanted to make sure it would not get dirty!

Hired them to do a roof cleaning, was quoted $239.00 and was told they will clean up entire area and do disposal of all the debry...... They missed spots, they didn't clean up around the house were debry fell or around the pool were debry fell. They left all 12 bags of debry on the side of my house and charged me $289.00. So in closing they charged me more and did a half ass job. The went up on the roof pressure washed, cleaned up a little debry and left. Nothing like I was told over the phone. I myself had to clean up there mess and move all the bags they left behind out to the side of the street. Trash company wouldn't even take it. I called them and talked to them. No refund or discount was given. They simple said well have the guys come back and look it over. Look it over? I already cleaned up there mess. I wouldn't hire them unless you specified what you want them to do in detail and hold them to the quote you get.

I would had given them a 5 star rating, but they left a mess behind, Air conditioners were were not covered and they had let leaves and derbies fall into units . and all around the house .

I had a garbage disposal problem arise at dinner time. They were out to resolve the problem the next morning. Great service.
