Levi went above and beyond with our job. He was very prompt with his communication and was very flexible with scheduling. Although 811 had a back-up with screenings, Levi came out the same day that 811 reviewed our property. Levi was professional, looked after our yard and took care of the 7 stumps within 2 hours. Although we had only contracted him to grind down the stumps, he went above and beyond and cleared out a sizable area around the stumps as the roots were all over. Compared to the competition, Levi was priced more fairly, had a much shorter lead time (his competition was booked out 3-4 weeks and were rigid with scheduling), and he was in and out in just 2 hours (his competition quoted 4 hours). I would recommend Levi to anyone who is looking for stumps to be removed.

Levi was great. He kept me posted of when he was going to arrive for the quote. When he arrived he was ready to do the work. His quote was very reasonable and he was able to grind my stump down right then and before I could get my Venmo account setup! On that note, have your Venmo account (or cash) setup prior and know where your utilities are and Levi will have your stump ground to a nice mulch pile in no time.
