Lance is a great guy. Great work. Reasonable price. Not many companies do carpet restretching. He does it well.

Lance scheduled the work very quickly. Newly installed carpet in the basement was sliced accidentally by a table saw and left a jagged cut in a carpet with a pattern. Lance cut the damaged piece out and meticulously integrated a piece that was leftover from the install. You would have to know where the exact spot was and even with that the careful seamimg he did is imperceptible. He communicated a slight delay due to an accident which slowed traffic. His work was quick, done with quality and we would work with him again for any carpet or flooring needs.

Had ripples in my carpet due to poor installation. These guys were great. Made the appropriate adjustments and I am happy as a clam.
