The price was right and the order was ready within 7-10 days, as expected. The product itself was a little cheap looking, as the pieces of the valance didn't exactly meet to form right angles. James was kind and tried to help by sending me a new valance. However, I had to install it, and it had the same problem as the other one. I had to end up hot glueing them together to fit right. All in all, though, I am now happy with my blinds. My living room now looks complete.

Mr. Peters was very helpful in determining who manufactured my shutters. He made a special trip to my house on a Saturday just to accommodate my work schedule. Keeping my best interests in mind, he provided direct manufacturer contact information and cut himself out as the middle man to help me avoid additional expenses. I highly recommend Mr. Peters!

Hello, He was very prompt in responding to us however he only does installation on blinds/draperies that he sells. Therefore we could not use him. Thank you, Robert
