Excellent service, from choosing the blinds to installation , every thing was done with ease and our convenience. we got one faulty blinds which was replaced . They even customized one of the blinds for my kids bedroom to make it pink throughout . Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with Gotcha Covered from start to finish. Becky and John were very polite and courteous and nice to work with. Becky provided me with vertical blind options well within my budget of $2,500 (2 sliding glass doors and 3 floor to ceiling windows). She followed up with me in a timely manner. My blinds were ordered and installed within a month and look great. I can't say enough nice things about this company. I would highly recommend.

Amazing to work with, they arrive when they say they will, after installation cleaned everything up. Also, John dropped off temporary blinds for my bedroom so had some level of privacy until my blinds arrived.

Excellent customer service from quote to installation. If I could give this company six stars, I would. Becky was responsive, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The installer, Michael, was quick and really had a lot of experience. The shutters we purchased were high quality and at least $100 cheaper than a lower quality product from another company. The entire process from measuring to ordering to installation took maybe 2.5 weeks, if that. The other company was quoting almost 2 months out. Fast, Helpful, and Reasonably Priced. After Lowe's messed up my blinds, I interviewed 4 local blinds companies to find one that would do the job right. Becky and Jon were very helpful with exploring options (they really know the pros and cons of the different products they sell), found solutions for places where the windows had odd dimensions, and were extremely professional and easy to work with.
