Had a shingle repair taken care. The service was completed and a roof inspection done on the whole roof. No other damage noticed on inspection and the clean up done after the repair. Cory examined the chimney flashing for possible repair and did not feel repaired necessary. He did not charge for the call and furnished a VA home inspector with a full report. Great experience.

I cold called gotcha covered on a friday. He came by a few hrs for a quote. By the following Thursday the new gutters were on and look good. Two hours later there was a storm which tested them out perfectly.

I had a roof issue that I needed to correct before I could finalize the sale of my home. They were able to get to me quickly and get the issue taken care of promptly. I got a detailed explanation of the problem and how it would get corrected as well as the pricing. They were friendly and professional. I had 4 companies come out for estimates. Cody was one of 2 who actually went on the roof. One estimate was much higher. One didn't notice the added damage.The third company did not give me an estimate. Cody's estimate was reasonable and as soon as weather permitted,done promptly.He was polite,professional and kept me informed.

He assessed our situation, set remedial action and carried out what we hired him to do. We have water mark's on our ceilings. Inspectors have all blamed the boots covering the stacks needing caulking. The roof is fine. We finally had a leak that flooded part of our living room floor, which insurance is replacing. The source of the flood was mine to deal with. I looked on Home Advisor and found Cody with Gotcha Covered Property Solutions. He found that the boots are fine, we have nail holes in the shingles. The nails didn't go into the plywood and are funneling rainwater into the attic, where he mapped the holes. Cody and his wife, sealed dozens of holes, sealed the flashing, and fixed the leak in the chimney that flooded the living room, all in about 4 hours. No mess, no trash, polite and through. When they were finished the bill was about half of the amount I expected, $350. I will hire them for any work I need done!
