Gotham Builders of New York, Ltd.

This project started out as a leak, but upon further inspection there were major damages resulting from the leak. Gotham Builders came in and thoroughly assessed the situation, made the necessary repairs, and ultimately had to remodel other areas of the home. They were very professional; they absolutely knew what they were doing; very courteous, always on time and gave a play by play of what would occur during the whole process; their work is outstanding.

The first job Gotham did for us was our vinyl siding some years ago... The work was done beautifully. I was impressed with the detail work around the outdoor electrical outlets and the windows. They just did a great job. The entire job was performed in one day and it made the house look great. A couple of years later, I needed my roof done. I called Gotham. Again, the job was done beautifully and in one day. It has been a few years since then and my roof hasn't leaked. So obviously, I am quite happy with the results. My most recent project was my kids' bathroom. Gotham's crew came in and ripped out the old bathroom and installed the new one within about a week.. They worked extremely cleanly, were very easy to talk to and did not complain when I asked for some changes midway through the job. The tile guy was a master! He was very creative and added accents I never would have thought of. I am very happy with the job. They were knowledgeable, easy to work with reliable and accountable!

Gotham Builders came in and ripped off our entire roof and replaced plywood. We had other estimates and they never mentioned replacing plywood. I used to be in construction and I checked out my roof and saw it was dry rotted. Gotham was able to see the damage right away and knew exactly what to do. Now I have a brand new roof which was done professionally and in a timely manner. The employees were kind and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend Gotham and I am currently negotiating to redo my downstairs, I'll let you know how it comes out.

Our house was destroyed during Hurricane Irene and Hurricane Sandy, as senior citizens it was difficult to get the project started. We didn't know where to start first. Gregory from Gotham Builders came in, helped us find an architect. He was able to assist us with the handling of our case with our Insurance Company and NY Rising. Greg came in and demolished our old home, put new foundation and completely rebuilt our home. Our house is raised now and we no longer have to worry about the aftermath of another hurricane. Gotham Builders gave us a beautiful new kitchen, bathroom. We now have insulated windows & siding, new energy efficient forced air heating and cooling system. We love our new deck. We are so grateful to Greg for helping us through such a difficult transition. We are so thrilled with how our new home turned out. We would gladly recommend this company to everyone.
