I am most concerned that although the actual demolition was done well, it was not done within the parameters of the contract, as far as I can tell, since despite numerous requests over many months I have never been presented with a permit or any other legal paperwork from the NYC department of building.

I reached out to Gotham and Oscar got right back to me very quickly and was able to set up a consultation very quickly. Not only did he come and give a very reasonable quote, he was very knowledgeable and easy to understand why where the quote came from. Oscar was able to help us out with a few more tasks that were not originally asked in the initial ask for again, a very reasonable price. All together we were able to go through all of our needs through Gotham and we at Myspace Nyc would highly recommend them for their services.
