I am most concerned that although the actual demolition was done well, it was not done within the parameters of the contract, as far as I can tell, since despite numerous requests over many months I have never been presented with a permit or any other legal paperwork from the NYC department of building.

I reached out to Gotham and Oscar got right back to me very quickly and was able to set up a consultation very quickly. Not only did he come and give a very reasonable quote, he was very knowledgeable and easy to understand why where the quote came from. Oscar was able to help us out with a few more tasks that were not originally asked in the initial ask for again, a very reasonable price. All together we were able to go through all of our needs through Gotham and we at Myspace Nyc would highly recommend them for their services.

Excellent to deal with. Oscar listened closely to what I expected from the job that I hired him for. He was totally cooperative with the time element of my job. If you need someone to do a demolition job I would definitely call Gotham and speak with Oscar.
