Chris places the interests of customers above everything else. He was very flexible with his schedule and very professional in all his interactions with us. We would highly recommend him for any home inspection project. He also did radon testing for us. This took a couple of days. The reports he presented were high quality and the turnaround time for them were the same day.

Chris showed up on time and was very friendly, he spent 3.5 hours and did a very thorough job that revealed many defects that I hadn't seen, he may have saved me from making the biggest mistake of my life. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone who needs a professional home inspection.

Very thorough and knowledgeable!!! Chris performed an inspection on a house we are considering buying in March 2017. He walked me through the entire inspection explaining his findings in great detail. He was meticulous and inspected and commented on the smallest details. Chris is very very friendly and was able to work us in on extremely short notice. I highly recommend Gotsch Home Inspections!

Chris was a professional that I was looking for. Confident, straight forward but comfortable enough to talk with. He knows what he is doing. I am satisfied with his service concerning my new home inspection. He was the one who found out the cause of the leaking issue on the ceiling. Builder tried to fix it but wasn't successful. They couldn't find out where. Chris told them how to fix it. I hope they fix it well this time before the settlement.

Chris was on-time, seemed knowledgeable and thorough so I'd recommend him. However, it seemed a little strange that he deferred to and spoke with the realtor more than with me the person who hired him.

Chris is a fantastic home inspector. He spent over 3 hours on our home inspection and was very detailed and knowledgeable. He was available for pre- and post- inspection questions. My only (nit-picking) negative would be that his report could have been a little more detailed. There were a couple of items that could have included highlights of our discussion during the inspection.
