When my heat pump died last year, I had one of the larger businesses quote me a minimum of $21k to replace the heat pump and air handler. GCS came out after I found them on here and went through my options, which all were half the cost of the larger company. It was cheap enough that we decided to switch to gas and replace everything with a gas furnace and AC unit, and it has been saving me $$$ on my electric bill every month, just as GCS said it would!

Grabill CSI was available to do the repairs the very next day. They were professional & knowledgeable. I have a limited budget to do repairs & I would hire them again. Great Job!

The technician that arrived did an excellent job. He ran into some issues, as I have an older furnace, but he stayed on the job until he knew my furnace was running properly. Had to order a part that was defective and will make a follow-up visit once the part arrives to install it. He was very informative, knowledgeable and prompt. I would highly recommend this company.

Joe was very responsive, called me to set the appiontment and texted me when he was on the way. He fixed the problem right away and charged a very fair price. I am planning to have him return in the fall to do a check of the furnace.

The man seemed very knowledgeable. He let me know what he fixed, what part he was unable to replace, and offered to come back to fix my humidifier (attached to the furnace) without charging me for an additional trip.

He was prompt. He didn't have the part on his truck, but it was a Sunday so he couldn't get the part until the next day. But he was out the next day and had my furnace up and running in no time. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Arrived early (when does that ever happen) and quickly resolved problem with furnace. After I had been living 48 hours without heat in middle of January, Joe thoroughly inspected unit and replaced one part that he had on truck. I had expected worse news and was relieved when he said there was no major damage due to furnace overheating. Price was very reasonable compared with other home services I have used in past.

Originally needed help for leaking airconditioning, which was easily resolved. Joe also installed a himidifier and electronic air purifier. During the inspection of the furnace a part didn't work so the heater could not work. Joe is helping decide to fix it or replace it and upgrade from older 80% efficient to 96%. The best part of the experience is that Joe is kind, professional, and fair, and trustworthy. He even helped me with my under counter water purification system which he didn't have to do. I definitely highly recommend you call Joe first!!!

Found the problem - the capacitor - replaced it - cleaned my ac unit - checked the coolant charge. Excellent service at a reasonable price.

Joseph is a courteous, prompt professional who knows his work inside out. I will have him do the regular maintenance for A/C and heating.
