"So sorry you felt this way. As I informed you as soon as it happened. I have a handful of customers that own roofing/siding companies. Often they need emergency hot shots so they call me because we have agreements. My equipment was working just fine as well. You assumed I had a large leaf vacuum system when I told you I had a few leaf vacs if they were needed. Turns out me snow shoveling the leaves with my helper into leaf bags was very fast and efficient. I believe we made great time! 78 bags of leaves bagged and hauled off within 5 hours is very impressive! And yes I arrived at 430 with an hr of daylight left because I had a very busy day and knew I could still get the job completed that day. Just because the sun went down early doesn't mean that folks that work for a living are done working. So I brought headlamps and my lights on stands powered by car batteries to make sure the job was completed correctly. Oh and mind you, all of the leaves were by the street, on the sidewalk, not in your yard and there were street lights everywhere haha. Yes I had to bring my daughter there for about 15mins until her grandmother arrived to take her to church. She sure was a big help while she was there though. And I didn't charge you any extra for her labor! ? And since your the only customer I've ever made unhappy and want to list every single detail of everything trying to make me look bad, why wouldn't you also mention how you refused to pay me what I was owed? ? On a side note....Even though you were very unpleasant (or unprofessional), I make a living by being a handyman so if you need anything else completed I'd be more than happy to try this again"
