We are very happy with the exterior siding repairs, full chimney repairs and a lot of painting on the exterior of our house. Gulliver was thorough from start to finish and communicated consistently and effectively. Highly recommend!

He went above and beyond to what we agreed he would do, doing a couple of extra things, he completed even faster than what he said he would be able to do.

Check out Grace Renovations if you are looking for an outstanding painter. The project manage, Gulliver, gave me a great quote and communicated very clearly everything that was included in the bid (sanding trim & windows, patching spots I didn't realize were there, priming, painting, moving & covering furniture). I had a short time frame I needed the work completed, so he made sure to get the job done in one day working 8:30am - 6pm. Another painter said the job would take two days. He always responded quickly via phone, email, and/or text. When Gulliver initially came over to give me a bid he immediately showed me his card and ID for safety purposes which I thought was very nice. Plus he was clean and didn't smell like cigarette smoke like other painters I got quotes from. Our newly painted room looks great now! I'm very happy with Gulliver and his team at Grace Renovations. They truly went the extra mile and I hope to use them again in the future.
