Grace Roofing Enterprise

We have NOT had a good experience with Grace replacing our flat roof (typical asphalt paper). They were not really any cheaper than the others but they had a good rating so we went with them. Had roof inspected by Grace in mid- September 2017. The salesman Steve, who is no longer with them, talked us into an upgraded. After we agreed on a price he said "the computer made a mistake so its actually $1000 more than quoted!" That should have been our first clue. After the first phase was done I sent photos to their office with concern about a couple of areas that were not bonded well and there was a spot where they roofed over a rock and they spilled cement on our paver driveway! The job was completed in mid November. The first good rain we got the roof leaked but now in a new spot! After 3 attempts by them its now end of May 2018 and roof still leaks. The only good thing I can say is that there is someone in the office to actually answer your calls. So frustrating.

The only thing was - when they pulled the protective cover off the roof - they threw down nails to either side of my residences - whereby I had to cleanup after them - besides that they were on time and completed the work in one day

On time/ on budget no leaks

The were very professional .Gave me a reasonable quote and explained what they needed to do .Showed up on time and did the job , even when something unexpected came up,they took care of it.I would highly recommend this company.

Renell, who was our main point of contact throughout, was direct, candid, and straightforward with us. He answered all our questions when he came by to do the free estimate of the roof leak repair, a fair quote was sent to me before the end of the day. The owner John came out the morning of the job make sure everything was in order. I highly recommend Grace Roofing Enterprise, for any roof work you need done.
