Workers were polite, timely, cleaned up before leaving, and followed my desire to make sure that the unseen venting was done as if it were to be viewed by the public--in other words, very neatly done. Owner of the company followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the work.

Polite, courteous, quick responses, affordable- didn't shop around as the price quoted was affordable and seemed reasonable, explained the job well enough for me to understand what they were doing. I will be alling them again for seasonal maintenance and for any repairs in the future.

They came out on time originally and had some good ideas. they suggested some design improvements and replaced a coil. they were to return and install the design improvements but they never did. It was impossible to contact the responsible person by phone and he would not return my numerous requests to his office for him to contact me. I went to another contractor to get the unit fixed.

They came in and did a thorough inspection. Once they discovered the problems they explain what is going on and what will it take to repair it. Time was not a problem they took their time to make sure all is corrected. Plus the cost of what they did was at decent and competative price.

One price was quoted and another was billed. A $60 service call turned into $103 with no explanation other than "well that's how we charge". All this after a $225 initial charge.
