Graceful, LLC

Graceful did an amazing job and were great to work with. They were very knowledgeable on how the deck was going to he built and had great communication throughout the whole project.

I had an incredible experience working with Josh and his crew. Iâ ve been renovating a 100 year old farmhouse, doing much of the work myself. But when faced with a time crunch, I needed to hire someone. I was even more excited to hire them as I live in Milton and prefer to contract with local businesses. Josh responded right away to my quote inquiry (very convenient to initially text with him) and he was able to jump on the demolition project quickly. He and his crew of four guys cleared out three bedrooms, a hallway, 3 closets, and a bathroom in three days! This was a particularly challenging job as the walls and ceiling are constructed of plaster and lathe. Additionally, they left the demolition area in beautiful shape for me to take the next steps in home renovation. I could not be happier with their work. The pricing was more than reasonable given the heavy nature of the work. I am thrilled with the results and look forward to working with them again in the future.

I had a great experience. I am bringing them back for more work.

He did a great job. Josh removed everything and nothing was left for my project. He is honest, his team is hardworking and nice.

We hired Josh to remove old driveway and patio and pour a new driveway . The Removal of the old concrete was even to difficult for him and his inexperienced helpers. The pour of the concrete was a total joke to anyone that has any idea of concrete work. I now wonder if this was the first concrete drive he had ever done. After four days he even came to the conclusion it would have to be torn out and redone....in his words to â redeem himselfâ . Well....we called him six weeks later and asked when he was going to redo the drive and he said by the end of the month. Two weeks later at the end of the month with no show or call we called and told him we wanted our money back.He was very unsympathetic and really didnâ t care at all that we had decided to find someone else. Josh left us with such a mess. The yard was tore up we had concrete splattered on our house and doors the yard had chunks of concrete all over. We donâ t want people to be fooled like we were thinking if he is on home advisor he must be good at what he does. We were also fooled by the name he goes by...graceful. We being the people we are only asked for part of the half that he required back.I feel if he was truly a good business man and had any remorse for what he did to us he would have returned the entire amount we paid him. The other company we hired could not believe what a terrible job Josh had done. He commented several times he had never seen such poor workmanship. Please donâ t use Graceful, LLC for your concrete needs!!

With josh, you get a very straightforward and fair professional. He is great at staying in communication with me throughout the entire process.
