Graceful Maid Service

If I could give this company a zero star I would. Something was taken from my home when I reached out to the main contact not sure of her name all I know is Carillo Enterprises for Zelle purposes because she never provided her name. When I first approached the matter that something was missing from the room with all my Christmas gifts I was kind of nervous to approach the issue because I didn't want anyone getting fired so close to the holidays and felt in my heart if it was taken maybe they needed it as a gift for their child or themselves. I became very furious when the contact person started making her crew seem like the victim I even mentioned it was alarming that I hadn't received an apology for the experience she then replied she didn't believe she needed to apologize and I was making these accusations because I don't want to pay and she cleans more expensive houses and the most offensive comment she made was that I'm making these accusations because her cleaning crew is immigrants I was thrown by shock never have I been accused of being races how dare her say I'm racist I then told her I too am Latina, of course, of course she thought I was another race by her comment. I saved all her messages and contact numbers if anyone wants to see them I can provide them with no hesitation. Not to mention she called me broke and if I posted a review my intention was that I wanted a discount and I'm very tacky WORSE experience I have ever had not only Was something stolen from me but I was also treated like the thief not the victim.

Do not use this service! We hired Graceful Maids for a one-time project and then hired them for bi-weekly service. At first, their service was great. They were reliable, affordable, and conscientious. Over the course of time, that changed dramatically. Their crews regularly showed up very early or very late from our appointment time. The quality of the service also began to suffer. Their crews were less careful with our home and our possessions, breaking or damaging smaller items without telling us - nothing serious, but annoying. Finally, after canceling on us for a legitimate reason (COVID exposure on their crew), but then failing to communicate for many weeks I reached out to learn when we could expect service to resume. They then shared that they would need to charge us about 50% more than the rate that we have been paying. Ultimately, we watched what had been a really solid service deteriorate to an unreliable and unprofessional one. I highly recommend that anyone who is considering Graceful Maids looks elsewhere.

I was amazed by their crew work. I have been in this country for more than a decade never saw such a fast paced ,clean service. Usually 2 people arrive they take 3-4 hrs to do each thing. graceful crew were of 4 arrived bit late . I wasn't comfortable at first but when they came in , it was like with in 40 min everything was done and All trash out , cleaned floors, perfect carpet. I was totally in shock with their service. I will totally recommend them 😊 👍 to any one

Be sure to check everything twice over and give explicit instructions. However, that can be difficult if the service staff you hired does not speak the English-language and you have no knowledge of that before you hire them. As a matter of fact, I really thought I was hiring Greenfeather rather than Graceful and when Graceful shows so I thought they were from Greenfeather. No one spoke English and that is how the mixup happened. When you book one service Homeadvisor continues to solicit and that should not happen.

Don't have time

They did a great job and wanted me to check and make sure I liked the job they did before they left my home. I will use them again!

Excellent customer service. Excellent general cleaning. The only thing is having to remind to dust well and pay attention to details but overall they are very good.

I have had excellent service from Graceful Maid Service for over a year! Everything is so detailed and so clean each time! They are not only great at what they do for a home, they are kind and very considerate. They take their time to get the job done and don t rush through it to be done. I ve been satisfied every time they have cleaned my home! I highly recommend their services to anyone!

The three woman team was wonderful. Right on time, very VERY courteous and most diligent in their work flow. I'd have them back anytime

Overall, the team did a fair job. I was disappointed in 2 things: - although I was told the each team had a fluent English speaker, no one on the team was fluent or even possessed beginner proficiency. Communication was limited. - i would ask them to use my Hoover FloorMate to clean kitchen and bathroom floors. Their method of using the same water to clean all floors did not yield good results.

Amazing service!

The ladies who came & cleaned were very sweet and thorough. Left my apartment spotless. However, the person I communicated with could use some better customer service.

Over all cleaning done well. Curtain rods weren't cleaned. Top of refrigerator wasn't cleaned. Office blinds weren't clean. Bedroom corners still had dust.

Mary and Suzy arrived early and were very professional. I asked for a deep clean and they were very thorough and I was extremely pleased. Pleased so much that I am about to schedule a reoccurring service. I would highly reccomend Graceful Maid Service.

I couldn t communicate with the ladies because they didn t send one English speaking person with the crew. They used regular mop water on hard wood floors when I gave a specific cleaning product to use. The mop left a smell behind like it hadn t been disinfected. The price was less than others quoted so I guess you get what you pay for.
