Graco Construction is a General Contractor that specializes in concrete construction and aluminum enclosures. Our concrete services include all flat work, concrete coatings and concrete repair. Driveways, pool decks, patios, sidewalks and footers. Our aluminum construction services include building and repair of screened enclosures, pool cages, lanais, sun rooms, glassed enclosures and aluminum carports. We design and build pool enclosures as well as conditioned space sun rooms also known as Florida rooms and screen enclosures. From simple to super complex; we build them all. We are certified building contractors licensed to perform residential and commercial construction throughout the entire state of Florida. Our main area of service is Hillsborough County.

I loved working with Larry and his company. He enclosed part of my Lanai to make a sunroom for my daughter and she LOVES IT. He hires contractors with his same sense of professionalism and work standards. Everyone who worked on this project were considerate and made sure we were satisfied throughout the project. We started this project while the pandemic was at it's peak and Larry and his team kept us appraised of the timelines and roadblocks he was facing every step of the way. I mostly would like to everyone to know what EXCELLENT work Larry does and he will handle you and your project with professionalism and respect. We had Larry and company build a screen room on the back of our house. We met with about six different companies and it was an extremely easy decision to go with Graco. Larry was incredibly informative and honest during the initial discussion. The quote was fair and laid out so we could see exactly what each charge was. After deciding to go with Graco (basically the moment after Larry finished the quote haha), the process was smooth and easy. They helped us make sure we filled out all the paperwork correctly which was a huge help. It took a bit longer to get HOA approval than we hoped, but Larry was in touch and patient the entire time as we waiting for the HOA response. Everything with the actual build went very smooth. The crews were polite, professional, and efficient. It's still new, but the quality seems great. We have absolutely nothing but good things to say about Larry and the whole Graco team. We'll most definitely be recommending Graco to others and looking to them first for any other projects they can help us with.

Larry and Julie of Graco Construction are the BEST. They are honest and reliable and in the - sometimes sketchy - world of contractors, they will get the job done CORRECTLY. Larry is an excellent communicator and we've had nothing but a wonderful experience working with their company, from start to finish. Larry and his group did a great job. We added an extension to our screened in patio. He kept us informed of the progress, from the architect design through the completion of the job. We were able to the existing patio even during the construction. Each crew that came out always cleaned up, which in my eyes, that alone deserves a 5 star rating. We are very happy with the results and plan on using them again for future endeavors.

Larry Mohr was one of the several people to offer a bid on the work I needed on my pool cage, new seven inch gutters, fascia and pool deck. He not only offered me a very competitive price he also offered his friendship whether he did the work or not. I have never been as impressed with the professionalism and quality of work from anyone else that I have hired to do anything. When I need any work done on my house in the future I will save a lot of time by calling my friend Larry because I am very sure that I could never find anyone that I rather have in my home. I had a screened lanai extension with a new slab built. I had 3 companies quote me initially on the same product. Larry Mohr, the owner of Graco was the only one that gave me a professional unit breakdown of cost and labor and was the lowest estimate of the three. Once construction started Larry kept me in the loop every step of the way and showed up on site for every phase. The workers were very pleasant, I will only use Graco for any additions needed down the road and recommended Graco to all my friends. Simply a pleasure to deal with. Thank you.

Wow! Exceptional build! A simple phone call to request an estimate turned into a beautiful covered and screened-in lanai. Larry came out to provide an estimate and right out of the gate he showed his interest in wanting to know exactly what was wanted and the understanding of the high expectation I was demanding. His desire to build the best lanai was evident by the additional little touches provided in regards to design and stability. I can't say enough about this experience and the final product. Resurfaced our river rock in the pool area and front of the house. Also built an extended roof over the pool inclosure. Did a top rate job and well worth the money.
