Grade A Excavation, LLC

We had water draining into our window well and flooding the basement every time it rained and other standing water problems. Grade A Excavation responded immediately. Harrison determined the problem and they fit us in between larger projects within a week. The work was exceptional .They asked questions and answered our questions as the work progressed. I was most impressed that there was no cussing and swearing during the work and no trash was left behind at the end of each day. All the workers were polite and anyone could answer our questions. The crew were all on the same page for the repairs. The team showed up everyday to work on time. We did a walk through at the end of the project and some changes were made per suggestions from Jacques. Our entire back yard was regraded and raised. A french drain put in to drain standing water. The downspouts were tied into the french drain and we not longer have standing water in our yard. I would not hesitate to use this company again or refer them. All the work was with in budget (estimate). Awesome job guys.

They responded quickly to our request for assistance and did a thorough and conscientious job to help ensure that we never experience this problem again. They showed up when they said they would, and stayed until the job was completely finished. They even took the time to put back some landscaping material that had to be moved to complete the repair!. Their customer service was outstanding.
