We had a patio addition installed today and the egress window well concreted in. That had to of been the easiest and most stress free experience with a contractor ever. Communication was top notch, response times were on point, the cost was great and the work done was exceptional. The best recommendation for a project comes from a person whom you respect who has had work done by that contractor. That was the case when we were looking for a concrete contractor to remove our old residential 2 car garage black top driveway and replace it with concrete. LNS Concrete was highly recommended. We had already received several estimates from other reputable companies before we selected LNS. The owner Mr. Luis Gomez was very prompt and professional when providing our estimate and answered all our questions. He said that it would be 4 to 6 weeks before he could start but by week 4, he called and said he was ready to go. His company used professional high-grade equipment and his crew was a no-nonsense hard working professional team. They had many challenges between our neighbor’s fence, 2 small retaining walls and on-street parking obstacles. They expertly navigated the driveway demolition and concrete pouring and protected them all. His team would clean up our yard every day before they left. They poured new porch steps and a sidewalk to tie into the new driveway. Their attention to making sure the driveway grade and the finishing details were perfect was greatly appreciated. The finished product is just amazing, for a concrete driveway. Even our long-time mail carrier noticed what a great job they did by saying “I have walked across many concrete driveways, and this is one of the best I have seen!” So, take it from us and our mail carrier if you have any small or large concrete project, we highly recommend Mr. Luis Gomez and LNS Concrete! Luis and his team did excellent work for us to make the foundation and footer for my new detached garage. He assured everything was correctly done and passed two inspections. Very pleased and I would recommend them for any such work, and in fact I plan to contact them for a driveway project in the spring.
