Best in the business!! Honest, Hardworking and Caring. There is reason there are only 5 Star reviews for Grady Brothers Services. My 30 year old heater stopped working in the dead of winter with freezing temps. Upon asking around, Michael came highly recommended, and had us back up and running without delay. Will most certainly use Grady Brothers for all our HVAC services in the future!

I have used Grady Brothers several times, the first was to install a mini split system in our home and the second was to service our furnace. Both times I have been exceedingly happy with every aspect....communication, promptness, reasonably priced, efficient, trustworthy! Mike is just an amazing guy all around. He is our go to for anything HVAC related and would trust him with any project.

I was very pleased with the maintenance services provided by Michael Grady of Grady Brothers services LLC. He was prompt in arriving and understanding any past problems with my oil powered furnace. Upon completion he reviewed the work completed and explained the reason I had problems turning on my heat from the previous year. Our home is 4200 sqft with cooling provided by a 3 Ton and 4 Ton unit. The 3 Ton unit (upstairs) had ice built up, both the indoor and outdoor components. I would like to thank Mike Grady of Grady Brothers for his quick response to my call, with various time options. Once at the house, Mike was detailed in his questioning about if and when the issue had occurred before, or some loss of performance during particular hot days. Mike checked the setting against the factory recommendations and altered to fit the house needs. Mike also charged the system with refrigerant and also used a leak seal/indicator as the issue originally occurred two years ago. After continually checking reading from the myriad of digital readouts that I could see all was working well. Mike also performed checks on the other working unit and fine-tuned for better efficiency. Mike explained the reasons behind his actions and the decisions made towards a root cause.
