He did a good job for the most part with several exceptions. He was incredibly slow and it was only when I pushed that he quickly finished the job. Also, he made me purchase all the materials which is fine however he made a wrong cut on one of the risers and I had to replace it. He would not take responsibility for the mistake. He got several jobs in my neighborhood and I found out after he finished my floors that my neighbor didn't have to purchase the materials, he did it for her and charged her less for the same type of job.

The quality of work was good but, this contractor did not stick to the price for the agreed upon scope of work. When looked at on an hourly basis nearly $200/hour.

He responded very quickly to my request on Home Advisor and scheduled to meet me the next Morning. He went and got the supplies he needed and came back and did the Job. Excellent work, very Good price. I will certainly use this company again.

Graffe Construction was hired for interior remodeling. Included in this project was complete interior and exterior painting. Alfredo is a fine gentleman, but 5 stars is saved for a Superman. I am completely satisfied with the work done and it was within the initial reasonable estimate given.
