Graham Heating and Air Conditioning

I would STRONGLY recommend avoiding this company. RUN while you can! If I could leave ZERO stars I would! At the end of April, after getting multiple marketing calls, I paid around $90 for an AC maintenance service that included cleaning, drain line service, and a full system check. During that visit, I was also sold an additional product that was supposedly designed to help keep the drain line and pan clean for up to SIX MONTHS. The technician made it sound like this product would significantly reduce the chances of drain line issues and future service calls. Less than two months later, my AC shut down while I was out of town, leaving my wife and children dealing with Florida heat. When I called expecting the company to stand behind the work and products they had just sold me, I was told I would need to pay another $150 just for them to come out and inspect the system. They are very competent and they are very trustworthy.

I don't have any problem recommending them to anybody. They've been in business for years, bought out a company I used to use (A-1 Heat and Air.) Since they bought them out I thought I would give them a shot. From everything I can tell, they have been on the up-and-up. They're pretty honest and truthful, that's the most important thing.

They are punctual and always does a good job.

I've done business with this company for several years. They've always done great work for me. They always arrive on-time, very professional. This particular job was completed to my satsifaction. I would hire them again. I would recommend them too.

I think they did a good job but they were kind of loose in getting their act coordinated. But it works good.

Not happy with the service. Technician stated I needed to replace the unit at a cost of approximately $2000!!! This unit is only 5 years old and I don't understand how he came to the conclusion in his 10 minute visit that I need a new unit. I could understand replacing the unit if it was 15-20 years old. I am appalled that he did not even offer to try to fix it. His quick fix was to replace it!! He also suggested I have another Graham tech to come and look at it. For what!! To tell me I need to replace it and have to pay another service call. Very unhappy with this service.
