What a horrible experience. We had a water leak while out of town, our adult daughter contacted Brian Graham to fix. The work was done (for the most part) to my satisfaction. Here's the problem, he was to coordinate all the additional issues that were caused by leak (flooring and ceiling) and said if we paid him he would take care of it all. I am still waiting for receipts so I can send to our home owners insurance for reimbursement, as well as some ceiling repairs that we paid him for that haven't been performed. I also have contractors coming after me because the checks he wrote didn't clear or he just didn't pay. I have had two sheriff's deputies contact me for statements because he's being prosecuted for theft and another that wants to come repo their materials because of non-payment. This guy is a "shyster" to say the least. Won't return calls or texts. I looked at some of his online reviews and at least two of his "5 star" reviews are from him. Very shady guy.

I hired Graham Plumbing to repair a leak in my main water line; the leak was located in the irrigation system. The repair technician was able to determine where the leak was occurring and he repaired it quickly. The repairs and transactions were all handled in a professional and friendly manner.

The crew specially Mark new what he was doing and was very professional. There was some confusion about the payment. The expectation was to pay right after they finish the job 10:00 pm which surprised and worry me.

Graham Plumbing does NOT give hard-copy receipts. I'm happy with the service they provided (new water heater installation) the timeliness, the charges etc. etc. but when the job was done, the technician told me they would send the receipt by email. WHAT??? I'm standing right here in front of the man, but I have to wait a day or two for the receipt ???? Thirty days later and after 2 requests, I still don't have the receipt, by email or otherwise. I find that very strange. Usually, a service company gives you a hard-copy receipt, lets you review it for accuracy, and then sign it. That might be old-school, but it's a lot better!

This story starts out with a leaking hot water heater that flooded my basement. I chose Angie's List as my search for a plumber. Brian Graham replied in seconds at 9:34 a.m. to the need for an immediate plumber stating he could perform the work in the same day. After waiting until late afternoon to contact him about his ETA, he states he's running behind at another job. His tech eventually shows up close to 7:30 p.m.; I should have known at this time that I chose a BAD one. Brian quotes a top of the line Rheem hot water heater and the quote will be a maximum of $1500.00. but that is only if additional work is required other than a typical replacement. We even discussed a cheaper heater but he insisted that is the way to go. He even states, "when you go to sale your house, people will look at the brand of heater"! Requested a receipt so that we could have the water and sewage bills prorated due to flooding. Brian continues to promise to get it however it still never comes. After looking at the water heater identification tag and researching it, turns out Brian installed the absolute CHEAPEST water heater that Home Depot sales and still charged $1500.00. Now he doesn't even attempt to get back with me. My advice to all 1. Higher a REAL plumber because he certainly is not. 2. NEVER hire this one, run with your check book or credit card as far away from him as possible.
