I WAS REALLY IMPRESSED BY THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL WHILE IMPROVING PREVIOUS WORK BY ANOTHER VENDOR. THEY GAVE OPTIONS ON WHAT BE NEEDED, AS IT PERTAINED TO MY BUDHET AND NOT TRYING TO OVER PRICE ME FOR EXTRA UNNECESSARY WORK. THEY TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN THEIR PROCESS. THEY (FATHER AND SON) TEAM WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT, AND ATTENTIVE. I EILL BE DEFINITELY BE USING THEM FOR ALL OF MY FUTURE HVAC NEEDS. THX GUYS

I was impressed for many reasons....the owner of the Company - Rick graham was present and leading the work order, hands on.....Rick & has staff took the time to answer all my questions with how to operate the newly installed thermostat, today apps are a element a person must know in operating software regarding Heating & Cooling.... Rick and his staff went out of there way to meet more than my needs, Rick learned that i was Naval Veteran, Viet Nam, that said I was given a Veterans Discount...... Rick did not run out the door when the job was done, Rick again took time to ensure I was ok with the job and was there any more questions.... Rick said Call anytime if there was a problem with the Thermostat, he would be glad to help!!! Lastly and most important, I feel like the job was completed professionally and at an affordable cost to include retiree's.... For sure I will call Rick again, building a barn-home next spring.......

They were fantastic. Came quickly and on time, explained exactly what they needed to do as well as the cost. They came prepared and completed the work on the same day. I had gotten previous quotes for the work they performed, and the amount charged was much cheaper than what any other company quoted. I highly recommend this family business.
