Punctual and hard working

My family has used this company twice before and had great service the previous two times. This time we did not have the same service. Movers dropped and broke my 50'' tv, dropped my sons dresser, spent 40 minutes getting a couch through a doorway (same couch/same doorway took them 15 minutes to get through it the last time we used them) and they spent more time complaining about the couch than actually doing anything to get it through the door, the one mover spent more time on his phone than lifting a finger in the move... and when contacted the company to discuss what occurred we got yelled at and accused of lying because we supposedly wanted a free move. Offered pictures of damages and got yelled at some more and were accused of doing it ourselves because they couldnâ t believe their staff would do this. Three movers took 3.5 hours ($431) to move a living room set, kitchen table, two beds, 4 dressers, one tv and seven medium sized storage tubs to a house 8 miles away from the original address. Honestly I couldn t believe their staff did this either due to having such a great experience the other times we used them. Zero compensation for damages. Kept hearing we will get back with you . It s been two weeks and several attempts at communication and nothing.

I really appreciated all the hard work the guys put in. Would definitely hire them again!

Very nice to work with

During the busy season they overbook to try and serve everyone so we started late and were still moving in at 1:30 am great, careful and accommodating people

Way under estimated the load. Cost went up 33%. underestimate meant truck was overloaded and short a worker to unload. I still like the company and its workers. I think it was an honest mistake, not a tactic to get the job.

They were courteous, attentive to detail and got the job done! Will definitely recommend to others!

Joe and his team did an exemplary job of moving. They took great care with everything that was moved and nothing was damaged. You can tell that they take great pride in doing a "job well done".

Hard working and thorough

Able to get scheduled without delay. Able to accommodate my last minute decisions about what was going where. Very pleasant and professional. Had all the equipment needed and worked efficiently.

Joe and his guys were friendly and professional. Nothing broken or scratched. Joe packed up my mirrors, pictures, tv's, and computer as if they were his own. Everything was loaded and unloaded quickly.

Rob and his crew were outstanding!!! They were kind, thoughtful, fun, accommodating, and we're very particular and careful in handling of all my belongings. I highly recommend this company!
