I have dealt with Grand Central appliance several times, mostly recently purchasing a chest freezer late last year and a new dishwasher in Feb 2023. In both cases the sales staff was very professional and accommodating, taking the time to listen to my needs and suggest several options to allow me to make an informed decision. Their delivery of the freezer was prompt and their delivery men Jose and Sammy carefully placed the large unit into my garage, and the older gentleman Tony who installed my dishwasher was very conscientious and took his time to do the job right the first time. He was old-school and I enjoyed talking to him while he worked steadily and proficiently. Having honest, dependable, knowledgeable employees is one of the biggest assets a company can have. This is what sets family owned local businesses apart from the big box chains. In summary, you can not beat the product quality, prices, reputation, and friendly personalized service you receive from Grand Central Appliance!

Excellent customer service from Samantha and Mark. Very detailed work and completely satisfied with our new kitchen. It is more than we ever imagined. Highly recommend Grand Central for remodels as well as any appliance or home furnishing you need!

I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Samantha the designer made the entire process easy. She was very responsive to my million questions. Mark did and amazing job from the initial measurements to the installation of the faucet and garbage disposal. Broad mountain stone did an awesome job with the quarts countertops. Everyone involved in this process were very professional and extremely pleasant. I would highly recommend them for another project in my home.

The personnel at Grand Central know their products & are able to give you expert advice on which products meet your needs They listen to you & ask questions until they understand your question or needs & then most importantly solve your problem &/or need.Finally the support they give you after you buy your product is outstanding. They patiently answer questions you may have about properly using your appliance as well as stand by any warranties that are provided. If you need service they are prompt , competent & clean up when they are done. I would not go to any other store .
