What started out as a simple shower tile installation job turned into a more lengthy and complicated project when a leaky pipe was also discovered during the demo. The project was now a tiling, plumbing, and reframing job. Multiple backorders on tile delivery during the pandemic also added to the setbacks. Throughout this whole process, Carlos and team patiently handled all of the challenges beautifully. The final product looks amazing and the peace of mind knowing that all the previous water damage was remedied is priceless. I highly recommend Carlos and his Grand Jaguar team.

Carlos Valdez Sandoval told us that the marble tile that had been removed from our bathroom floor could be restored. At least three others had told us that was impossible. Carlos also gave us a much lower price than the others. He had to hunt far and wide for replacements for two broken tiles, which took him a long time, but he didn't add a penny. The quality of his work is excellent, and he is a pleasure to work with. We recommend him highly.

He did a porcelain ceramic tile job that looks totally amazing. The work that he did was timely, he gave a quote, scope of work to be done and overall he did an excellent job. I do not recommend using any other big company's because I had bad experiences with their customer service and sub contracting for delivery. Carlos on the other hand was always on time or early and he cleaned up after the project was done.

Of 3 quotes requested Carlos was the first to actually measure the job site, talk to me about what was entailed, and to present his contractors license and bond information. He was prompt in arriving for appointments and always cleaned the job site upon finishing work. When I'm ready for another tile job Carlos will be my go-to guy.
