They took the insurance money and never finished the project, and will not respond to repeated attempts to contact them. I am in the process of filing a lawsuit against them.

Courteous knowledgeable and most of all prompt. Shocked to call on a Sat and get assistance immediately. Left full information, business card, courteous. Quality of work down the road will prove out, but couldn't be happier with the owner, Mark, followup, response and support to his employees and staff

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE TOOK SIX MONTHS TO COMPLETE. PRICE OF CONSTRUCTION KEPT GOING UP. HE THREATENING ME TO LIEN ON HOME, WHEN JOB WAS NOT COMPLETE. SENDS DISGUSTING AND NON PROFESSIONAL TEXTS AND EMAILS. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A CONTRACTOR. MY ADVICE STAY AWAY.

Mark at Grand Mountain did a great job replacing our garage roof and redoing our deck. He was always very helpful explaining the work that would be performed and why they were doing it a particular way. Wouldn't hesitate to use Grand Mountain for future projects!

Mark is incredibly rude. We gave him a $10,000 deposit and paid him in full the day the work was finally done. Eventually I blocked his calls and refused to work with him. He sent another contractor - a nice one - to finish the job. When we were dissatisfied with gutters falling apart, and a skylight with NO FRAMING, he went on the attack accusing me of "playing games." and "you just want to make money off the insurance." He said he gave me free gutters and skylight --all part of the contract he signed. Do yourself a favor and keep looking.

I have had a horrible experience with this company and am still awaiting resolution. The owner Mark had promised a refund for poor workmanship for window screens which were built by one of his associates. The work was done in June 2017, two original window screens were rescreened and 5 were built, all the windows are the exact same size, upon completion of the screen builds they did not fit the windows and were severely warped. The associate returned to correct the issue and took the screens with him to repair. They were not returned when promised. Upon finally receiving them they were no better, I do not believe they were ever rebuilt. After speaking with Mark he agreed to refund part of the costs for the built screens. He never sent a check, he promised to bring the check by the house personally, he never showed up, three times he promised to deliver the check, no show. Currently he has decided not to refund the money at all, stating my windows are old and warped and that his associate did not install the screens, which was never offered as a service. However the two rescreened original screens fit perfectly in all the windows. It was very obvious the dimensions of the built screens were way off and the associate agreed when he came to pick them up for rework. Mark has no integrity, he has gone back on his word, is dishonest and fails to stand behind the workmanship. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Grand Mountain was very quick to respond to my request. Matt was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I'm looking forward to working with them again in the future.

Grand Mountain was the only company that could install a door within a day of when we called. We really like the door Mark suggested. The installation was quick. We plan to use Grand Mountain for other projects.

Mark is very knowledgeable, thorough and get me informed through all steps of purchase and construction. The workmanship on the installation of the skylight was done promptly and professionally. The project was clean and finished before they left. Of the quotes that I received for the skylight installation, Mark's was the fairest. I will use Mark for future projects on the remodeling of our house.
