He was punctual within the time frame given. His work is remarkable. He perfectly arranged my fence to wrap around a large tree that cuts through my yard. The view is pleasant on both sides of the fence. It's sturdy and even. I will definitely recommend him to others and I look forward to have him help me with my other projects.

He worked on my garage, with shelves, and removing and hauling away things. He responded quickly and took care of my needs. He did everything that I hired him for, and did a wonderful job. In the future I would definitely use him again.

Danial refinished my deck . He stained all the intricate lattice and layed down a new flooring rug perfectly. also re-rugged my front porch with the same degree pf perfection. He was reliable, corgial and showed that he not only enjoyed the tasks but the cost was well below other estimates. I intend to hire him for any other projects I need done, even re-painting the interior of my home. He is more than the jack of all trades.

He qouted me a price and went to work that same day. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the job he was doing.

The Gentleman arrived as scheduled and was very nice. While he did assist me with a few minor projects, he was not able to complete the main project for which he was assigned. I was very disappointed that my project had not been completed as promised and was shocked at the amount that I was being charged for NOT completing the assignment. Everyone deserves a second chance, however when you are on a budget and you are promised that a job will be completed in a specific amount of time for a much lower cost, a second chance cannot be extended. Sorry, but I cannot recommend this business after what I experienced.

Over a two-week period, Daniel restored my rental property that was trashed by the last renters. His work included removing abandoned household items, repairing toilets, replacing damaged items, painting, etc. I found him to be especially competent, thorough, dependable, trustworthy, helpful, courteous, and friendly. The work was quite daunting, and I thought his original estimate was too low, given the nature of the beast. Indeed, it was, and the final cost, while greater than the estimate, was clearly within bounds, and gladly paid. (I also recommended Daniel to my son, an absentee landlord, for a small repair project on his occupied rental property.)

I was trying to fix bifold doors that were driving me nuts, they were sticking and hard to open. I finally called Grandpa's Shed. He was on time and courteous. Excellent service! After about an hour he had them opening. Nice!

Responsive both initially & work schedule. Completed job quickly. Would use again.

Did a great job with painting our stairwell/entry. Left everything nice and clean, didnt invent a bunch of problems to add on to the job. Looking forward to working with Daniel again in future!
