What a great pool experience from start to finish in about 8 weeks. Josh I'd the owner and he personally manages the project. Great quality and his crews always showed up on time and did quality work. We made a few changes after we started and Josh just took care of it simply and affordably. You can tell Josh wants to build you a quality pool at an affordable price and finish it on time. Highly recommend and would definitely use Grand Pools again!

He gave us useful and budget Friendly tips throughout the course. He is very reliable, available for questions all time, gives us regular updates and also very easy to work with. 1-he didn't show up to the project at all except first digging day for less than 30 minutest that why we got many mistakes or problems in general after we signed contract, I have to ask him thousand times to get steps done 2- he charged me for fence putting back but he didn't because I replace the fence completely from my own 3- after they finished digging and install the steel I kept asking him when they are coming to do Gunite day by day until got heavy rain and the mud collapsed from walls then he charged me $750 to remove it , I know it's my responsibility but it shouldn't happened if he did Gunite after short time 4- before the Gunite I called him texted him two times because his workers install the skimmer unprofessionally it detached from pipes, so he had to send them twice 5- after they install skimmer house it was above ground about 2 inches; I told him about several times at the end I did repair it from my own 6- the concrete around pool before they p
