My Wife and I hired Grand Property Solutions to replace a damaged large folding door in our home. These are the reasons we have given them 5 Stars: 1. After leaving a message that we needed this project handled they got back to us almost immediately. 2. They arrived on time to do the work. 3. The work that was done was of excellent quality. 4. The Owners of Grand Property who did the project, Lamar & Nina where knowledgeable, professional, and extremely nice people. 5. The project was completed on time and the price charged was very fair Bottom line is that we were very happy that we hired Grand Property and would recommend them to our Friends. We have a couple of other projects coming up and we will definitely be asking them to do them.
