Mr. McDowell came out on Christmas Day to work on my front door lock. I had assumed it would need to be replaced but instead he fixed it and now it works like new. I did not ask him to come on Christmas Day and was surprised he called me. I am very pleased with his workmanship and his service!! He will now be my go-to locksmith!!!!
