John was very helpful and explained what he was doing. Stayed around to see that Sprinkler was working fine. I would hire him again and is reasonably priced as well.

He came out, walked me through the issues and did the work very quick, and for a very fair price. he explained some issues I had with my sprinkler system and gave me some options on how to move forward, along with his suggestion. Very knowledgeable, great work, at a good price. You just can't beat that.

Mr Granderson would work with customer on price. Honers all first responders. He is very dedicated very honest and very professional . Mr Granderson is every professional job that other company would of charged me double or triple the cost. I highly recommend his gentleman for any irrigation job that needs to be acco and will use him any time. Mrs Granderson was told by me that a pipe was busted and no water was going into my house. He told me he would by pass any appoint he has to come repair my problem so my wife and son would have water. When John and I first spoke, he quoted an hourly rate and that it would be just him. I explained that I am on 2 acres with 19 zones and worried about most of his time being spent walking to and from the panel and not actually solving my issues. He agreed and brought an extra helper to get the job done faster. I appreciated his flexiblity. He showed up on time, did all the necessary work and did a great job. What else can be said that hasn't already about this organization? This will be a broken record but one that needs to be heard, understood and believed. John Granderson is efficient, smart, knowledgeable, fair, very organized and hard working going about his business. After a quick survey of my situation something that would have taken me over a day to correct he did that and more in less than an hour. That and he honors our men in uniform with a 20% discount that was greatly appreciated. Bottom line, you can call other lawn service contractors, but you will be missing out on the best if you don't call John Granderson. By far, my most pleasant experience I have had in using HomeAdvisor was finding this contractor.

John is a customer friendly and oriented type of person. He conducted himself professionally addressing any question I had with a courteous attitude. While leaks are not easy to detect, he took time to identify these and move to repair them. He check and re-recheck since the water meter was indicating signs of a continued leak. Since the water meter showed signs of a leak, we agreed that perhaps another visit would be needed should clear signs of a water leak are noted. I am keeping an eye on both valve areas for signs of a leak. Overall, I would highly recommend John to tackle any issue with a sprinkler system.
