"We were to repair a bathroom drawer that would not close. After many attempts, our technician fixed the drawer, however, shortly thereafter, it would no longer close. We gave Judy a full refund. We are very sorry that we could not get the job done."
"Thank you so much for this wonderful review. It is a pleasure serving customers like yourself.....makes our job easier. Grandma"
"The original request was to adjust the door which our technician, with 11 years of experience, did by moving the latch back with longer screws. The next day we were called because the gap was still too big. I went with our technician to see the problem. The gap between the door and the door jamb is the usual gap allowed for opening and closing the door. The gap was sealed by replacing the weather stripping. The door was opening and closing properly and there was no draft. We did this follow-up work at no charge. The owner of the property was happy with the work when we left. This person making the review was not at the job. He was extremely rude to me on the phone and did not want to hear anything I had to say; of course I hung up on him. Grandma"
"Thank you for your kind review. Grandma"
