We have a rental property and always have a thing or two going wrong. I went on Service Magic and found Grandpas Toolbox. Val was very quick to get back to me and also very fast in fixing the problem. My renters are happy and so am I! I will definitely work with Val in the future.

Gave 4 stars due to being an out-of-state owner and not being able to physically inspect the job myself. However Val was a pleasure to work with, very thorough with his details on what he saw needed done and obliged me with before & after photo's. He even did a bit exta for me @ no charge. I WOULD DEF. USE AGAIN and will in the near future!
