I like the fact that the tech takes a picture of my pool after he cleans it, and emails the picture to me with the stats. Then, if I am not there when he is there, I can see that the pool is clean.

I used them for about 1 year. The service over time degraded. Although I called them a number of times, they never got the pool cleaned after the hurricane and I needed to fire them.

Hired them over a year ago.. As a snowbird I was able to install and monitor my pool stats while away. Wouldn?t you know , that when the tech failed to service the pool properly, such as putting salt in when it was low and the light was red .. Company required me to wait until next service.. when I questioned their commitment they made it like it was my fault and why should they make special accommodations for me .. They were gone immediately!! This was on top of their terrible service. Sorry I can?t recommend this company!

We always return if you have an issue within 24 hours. Thats our policy. No one would have told you to wait till next service to take care of an issue. And we check salt levels each week if you have a salt pool. We are very confused??? The phone number you listed isn't even a working phone number and the email address you listed is fake also. We have to assume this is a competitive pool company giving us fake reviews"

I signed up with these people last July. Three months later they said they didn't handle Englewood and they'd sold my account to another service. I started getting collection notices from Intuit regarding my pool service jfrom the second company and I inadvertently sent a check to Grand Slam. I asked for my money back they stalled, asked for proof and finally just ignored me. They cannot be trusted.

When we parted service with you you still owed us for 2 months service. It seems you didn't pay them either based on them sending you to collections. We haven't wronged you in any way. They spent time trying to help me through a pool heating problem on the phone which would have netted them nothing. The problem did not resolve so I hired them to fix the problem. Prompt and courteous.

I'm finding it incredibly difficult to get companies to show up and do the job. GrandSlam not only came out for a price quote, they showed up and did the job! (job - pool cage and deck cleaning) The two guys who did the work showed up on time, were respectful to myself and my family and they did a fantastic job! They cleaned up after themselves and even cleared out the little bit of debris that got into the pool. I plan to hire these guys again, to clean my driveway and the exterior of my house. I have no doubt that they will show up, as scheduled, and do a fabulous job!
