Caylee at Grandview saved my restoration job after another company took advantage of my insurance job for their gain. I literally could not do the required work when the first restoration/contractor (restoration 1) was done taking most of the payout for their gain. Caylee came to my home with quality floor samples, she helped me scope out my project, patiently fulfilled all the ppwk and completed my job in time for holidays. Caylee, her boss Kyle and the installers were fantastic and accommodating- the price unbeatable. Recommended 100%

Tile: Ceramic and Porcelain - Install
Communication and professionalism was lacking. The job did get completed after weeks of delay and once the owner of the company had to get involved. The owner was wonderful to deal with but still wish it was an overall better experience. I did not want to go through a big box store to get the job done but definitely disagree the customer service I was given.

Caylee is amazing! Prices are great, communication good. I wish they were willing to fix the floor boards before installing but can’t win them all. Thanks team!
