The staff of Grandview Heating and Cooling promptly responded to my request for help with a furnace that was not heating. Saturday, they quickly diagnosed the problem and worked out a replacement furnace for delivery and installation for Monday. The technicians were professional, courteous, informative and skilled. I am very pleased with the caliber of service that this company provides and will gladly refer them to others.

They arrived on time, and after a quick diagnosis picked up the parts and made the repairs the same day.

Our initial experience was great. They promptly helped us. However, 2 weeks later we incurred additional AC issues. We set up 2 early morning appointments. They never showed up. Their phone service was down. They never called us. We literally wasted over 8 hours waiting for them and 4 hours of commuting to the property. Communication from them was nonexistent.

They did a great job and were very good at explaining. They had a scheduling mix up so showed up at a different time and date(earlier so that was good) but they were very responsive and helpful. Would use them again

Very friendly , good price and did the job quickly. Once started my furnace and AC where replaced in about 3 hours, amazing job.

Very efficient and was able to spot the problem immediately. He then took pictures, called the vendor and will return today to put in the new parts. It's nice to know we have access to good workmen.

I have worked with Matt several times. He was quick to identify problems and courteous to my family. He always showed up on time and was eager to help. Ultimately, when we had our system replaced we chose Grandview. I would recommend them whole heatedly to anyone need AC or Furnace repairs.

Update to my old review - grand view came back and made it right. The took out the bad brace and installed a new one with a drip pan. I'm now happy with the job and thank them for making it right.

I did not have a problem big enough to require much work from them. So, i can't really rate their job. They were very polite and prompt and I will call on them again when I do need a job

Very honest about the possibility of a problem with our particular furace. Came out and changed he part that ws defective the same morning as they were called.

They called and rescheduled when the technician got delayed. They were on time and serviced my furnace and water heater for a good price.

I had my 11 year old Trane furnace inspected. The service person seemed very efficient and was articulate and low key. I felt he was very trustworthy. On the other hand, his quotation for a new water heater installation was excessive.

Enjoyed working with him, I trusted him.
