Grandview Landscape & Irrigation, Inc.

We met GrandView at a home and garden show in Westfield. Out of all the companies we contacted for an estimate and work on a backyard patio and landscape, Grandview was the only one who really listened to what we wanted and was flexible in their plans to meet our budget. Steve and his team did an incredible job on our patio and landscape. So much so that we had them back the following year to add irrigation, additional landscaping and a walkway from the driveway to the patio. I would highly recommend this company. Staff was professional and friendly and pay attention to detail. We would use them again.

Scott worked with us to completely design our backyard. This included installing a large paver patio with a pergola and building a long retaining wall on one side of our house. We worked on the design and selected all of the landscaping for our backyard and side yards. We were very pleased. In fact over the previous winter we planned Phase II and had it installed this summer. Weâ  ve already got plans for Phase III next year. Scott and his crew are hardworking and reliable.

Grandview landscaping did a wonderful job on our project! They were friendly, courteous, and thorough on all aspects of the job. They were also very reasonably priced and honest with us about what was necessary and what was not.

Scott was very accommodating about helping me about wall block and paver choices. He also offered to meet me at the Westfield Home Show to see the company s displays and to meet me at a nearby stone supplier. The crew who did the work were perfectionists and efficient. They cleaned up the area around the patio completely at the completion of the job. My sitting wall and patio pavers are beautiful and look so professional! My neighbors have been very complimentary about the wall and patio. I had to wait quite a while for them to do the job due to their other projects, but it was well worth the wait.

Excellent company! Contacted me immediately, came out to give us an estimate for putting in patio with retaining wall plus the front yard landscaping. Easy to deal with, competitive, allow changes as we progressed, did what they said they would do, I can't say enough great things about them. The owner Scott, his two sons, and George all worked on our project. They take pride in what they do. There were no surprises. The results turned out outstanding. I am having them back next year to do some additional work. I want to mention the first company I hired Oasis back in May and gave them a 50% deposit could never seem to get their act together to give us a firm date to do this job. After waiting 90 days and still they could not tell us when they would get to us, I asked for our money back and moved on and found Grandview. I am glad we did. I know Oasis wasnt going to go the extra mile and care enough about how the job looked. I guess they are just too big for jobs in the $10-$15,000 range. Their loss. I will warn anyone thinking about Oasis to stay away! Grandview is the way to go. Thank you Grandview, you made our summer!

These guys are professional and very knowledgeable

quick response and performed task the same day. very nice to work with. would use again.

I was in need of a new landscape 'person' and I feel I really lucked out here! Quote was fair and work was excellent!

Same day appointment! Fast and very courteous! Quoted me and got to work! They did a great job. There were a few hit and misses but overall I was very pleased! Would definitely recommend!!!

They was here on time, even tho it had rained the night before. They did an excellent job removing all of the wet leaves. very professional and polite. I would highly recommend them.

Scott added a brick paver patio and fire pit to our backyard and replaced our landscaping. Scott is a true professional and great at what he does. He has an eye for detail and is willing to walk through various scenarios with you and collaborate on ideas. He oversaw the entire job and completed most of the work himself along with an assistant. One example of him going above and beyond was when we shared with him the size of the fire pit we wanted. Scott indicated he felt the desired size was too big and recommended against it; we went against his recommendation. When the fire pit was built and the adhesive was drying on the bricks, my wife and I had huge regret and agreed it was entirely too large. This was after a hard day of work and labor for Scott . . . doing exactly what we had asked. When he learned of our concern, he indicated he could come back on Monday and knock out one side of the wall and shrink it, or we could try to pry apart the bricks before the adhesive fully dried and try to reuse the bricks. We decided to go the second route and tried to pry apart as many bricks as possible. Scott stayed after with me to dismantle the necessary pieces and scrape off the adhesive. We were able to save a significant amount of money by reusing the bricks. When it was all said and done, I could tell Scott was beat, but he never complained. The final product was better than we ever expected and we love sitting on the back patio enjoying our new space and the perfect fire pit.

I had a complicated drainage issue and they solved the water problem. Other landscaping companies would not even provide a bid

They are very competitive in their pricing. Show up on time and finished the job quickly. Nice guys to work with, very friendly.

Scott and crew were excellent to work with. They are very professional and great communicators. The quality of work is some of the best I've seen and their pricing is fair. Other proposers were not fair and open.

Very professional and friendly. Accommodated working within my budget while still delivering attractive finished product. Definitely would recommend. Will hsve them back in the spring for additional work.

Very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Willing to do more than the original quote. Very satisfied with the work that was done. Would hire them again if needed and would recommend.

Great to work with. Work was done very professionally. Worksite was all cleaned up when they finished. I will definetly use them again and highly recommend them.

The owner tries to meet every request and is a good person. They mow and maintain my lawn very well and are timely. They seem to monitor the weather and adjust their services accordingly. The company also does a great job opening and winterizing my sprinkler lawn system. They also handle the paperwork and reporting to the city, which is required. I have had them do some minor small jobs around the house and was very satisfied. Great people to work with!

They were very thorough and great to work with!

It was a pleasure to work with them and I am happy I hired them!
