Roger knows his product very well and is very detailed on every aspect of the project. The team that was responsible for the demo/installation exceeded our expectations. Would recommend Granger to everyone that would like a great deal supported by even better service.

We did not replace the unit as he was able to replace a part and it works fine now. We are selling the home and he did what it took to get it working again.

This co. is the best one I have worked with so far. Roger Granger is the one I communicated w via text messaging. He is very prompt and professional w his responses. I was surprised to see his response to me past working hrs. Roger is very hardworking and takes great care of his customers. An appointment for a general assessment was made. Roger really made a great 1st impression. He has a keen sense of attn to detail in both small and large capacities â it was apparent in his knowledge of taking off his shoes in an Asian household as well as the final walkthru and description of the work at the end (elaborated later). Roger is very knowledgeable, demonstrated in the thoroughness of his explanations, taking time to explain every detail. For ex, as he was inspecting the old furnace, he was able to identify the approx time of manufacture and the condition of it in all its dustiness. Even when I posed questions that were very simple and basic in nature, he answered in a way where I (w no background) could understand. After the initial assessment of my homeâ s heating, AC, and vent systems, we sat down and he pulled out a binder of pictures to better explain to me the current situation in my house. He explained to me the plan to upgrade to the standard metal ducts, and the long-term, cost-saving benefits that it could deliver. He did not push to sell me anything extra. Everything he put to plan were essential. Heâ s actually helped save some money. For ex, the asbestos ducting had to be removed by a specific type of co. He gave me their business card, told me to call, say I was referred by Grangerâ s, and set up an appointment to have everything asbestos removed. This would save me money because I would be going to the company myself, instead of having the services performed through Grangerâ s, which would incur a fee. After this initial walk through, I had a wonderful impression of this company. I was excited to see the quote that he would prepare for the home. Roger delivered a folder the same day, composed of the quote, and product specs for the variety of products used in the quote. I liked that there were 3 different prices outlined which gave me flexible pricing (based on manufacturer prices; I had this done in the winter, so AC pricing was aggressive, per Roger). The quote outlined 3 different systems, each w a different total price. Once again, much attn was paid to detail and it gave clarity to the products and price that I would be committed to. The actual work was just as great and in line w everything Roger represented. His workers were quick and efficient, taking only 2 days to complete furnace, AC and ducting! Surprisingly, they didnâ t leave any trash or any of the old furnace/ac behind for me to throw out. They really took care to think about these small things too. These guys are just like Roger â hardworking, respectful, and trustworthy. Roger would drop by to make sure they were working up to his standards, check on the progress of the work, and updated me on that as well. At the end, his guys cleaned up and left so quickly that I didnâ t catch him to tip him! Roger came by after the completion to give a final walkthru of the work. He explained that a duct was rerouted bc in the summer, the position of the sun on our house at X angle would produce too much heat/strain on the system. He also noticed one of our bathrooms didnâ t have a vent, and they added one for us! Small things like that really makes this company stand out. He also explained the maintenance, and left us w an awesome new system, assuring us that our contact with him doesnâ t end here. Roger and company is detailed, respectful, patient, and honest; they have a customer for life. I am truly grateful for finding such a co. w great work ethic and output. No wonder this family business has been around for more than a decade! Grangerâ s is a co I will be recommending to all.

The job consisted of replacing the air conditioner in the attic. Best and most thorough work proposal provided by those bidding the job. In addition, his was the lowest bid price and he came in at the price quoted. Did the work as proposed which included correcting many errors made in the original installation. The work was done at the height of the current heat wave without hesitation. They did great work and I highly recommend them. Thank you Roger....

We were going from an old floor heater to a modern HVAC system. Roger was outstanding in his explanation , not a sales pitch but good honest information. He guided us through each step stopping by to check on the work which was done in a timely manner. Our crew was wonderful Father and sons, so comfortable with them that I had no second thoughts when I need to run errands. It couldn't have gone more smoothly, Granger's was definitely the right choice.

Roger Granger, the owner has several years of expertise in the HVAC business. He is very knowledgeable and explains things in a simple and understandable manner. No high pressure tactics here. He identified things that were not done properly in our old HVAC unit and included those corrections as part of the new installation. His price compared to others was very competitive. Installation crew was very good, neat and clean. The job was done to 2 days. Very Impressed with the expert knowledge, quality of work and service. Pls. consider Mr. Granger and his team if you are looking to replace your central air & heater. You will get excellent and professional services!

We appreciated the personalized approach to our HVAC install. Roger provided us with a number of options based on our home. There was no sales pitch or push to do the work. The project was completed professionally and on-time. The installers were friendly and skilled. Finally, the close out visit was conducted to review the work and cover any questions. Great job.

Granger's was great to work with and we highly recommend them! We would give them 10 stars if we could! Roger was awesome - friendly, knowledgeable, professional and did not try to sell us on unnecessary upgrades like all of the other companies we got quotes from. He worked with our budget to provide the highest quality product at our price point. We cannot say enough good things about Roger. His installation crew did not disappoint either. They were curtious, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. Overall we have had such a good experience from start to finish with Grangers and will continue to use them and recommend them to anyone in need of heating and air!!
