Stuart was great! The project was smaller than his typical job but he had no problem helping me out and the job was done in a matter of hours! The tile looks great now!

Mr. Reid installed two tile floors and a kitchen backsplash in our home. He worked very hard to complete the projects as soon as possible. The beautiful results speak for themselves.

Stuart Reid did a great job of tiling my kitchen, hallway and utility room! He finished the job on time as planned. We are so pleased with his work that we plan to have him come back to install new kitchen countertops in the future.

Stuart is absolutely wonderful; though they are still working on the project, thus far they have proved to be professional, intelligent, considerate, and ethical people. He is clearly an expert on flooring as he has also uncovered some problems with original installation which they are now working on. I would ABSOLUTELY work with Stuart again and assuming the floors turm out great, which I am SURE they will, plan to have him work on other projects in the home. We are so lucky to have found such an honest and responsible professional!

Very good. The only issue I may have had was with cleanup at the end, but Stuart was busy. The job was well done and timely. The price was competitive and so far we are very pleased with the job. I'd also recommend Granite and Tile Concepts for granite as well.

This was a great experience and introduction to Servicemagic. I received a call within 24 hours of my request, a great price, and rapid installation. The work was excellent, and we'd be happy to use Granite and Tile Concepts again in the future. Love my new family room, thanks!

Stuart Reid was fantastic. He arrived ro do the job on time, had meticulous craftsmanship, was efficient without compromising the quality of his work. His price was remarkably reasonable, given the quality of his work. He was also courteous, pleasant and completed a very messy job without tracking dust dirt into other parts of the house. I would highly recommend Stuart for tile work as well as interior carpentry. Hew was great.

"This was a medium size job ,1600 sq ft ,in Lexington M.A. using pre-finnished 6" cypress and replacment of existing ceramic(outdated) with a porcelian tile set on the diagonal in the foyer. Customer was in process of moving from D.C. area and was looking for a contractor who could work independently while still giving them the look and quality they wanted. Stuart Reid G.T.C."

Stuart has a wealth of knowledge about tile installations and stone/ceramic/cement issues. He has done an excellent job in understanding our needs for our new room and has been very helpful in supporting our decisions. We thought we had a tough job in our hands as we were installing a wet radiant floor heating system in a sunroom with a raised floor. He turned out to be very knowledgeable about radiant heat systems as well and collaborated effectively with our radiant heat contractor. Best of all his cost is extremely competitive, has good guarantee, and he is a nice person to deal with. We will certainly us him for future projects.

"This job was a dry pack mud floor Est 2"-3" thickness with porcelian tile set on the diagonal. We worked directly with the heating contractor to ensure the scheduling went smoothly. All worked out in the end with a completion time of 2 weeks after signing of contract. We are presently doing more work for Alex. Stuart Reid G.T.C."
