I have never been more pleased with the quality of work and Mr Moore. He completed the work and you couldnâ t even tell he had been there. He cleaned up all his materials. He is one of the most polite and kind individuals Iâ ve ever met and I will definitely use his services again in the future. If you are looking for an honest, hard worker, Leonard is the electrician for you. Him and his business is the total package. After giving his estimate and completing the work he actually came in under budget. I canâ t say enough good things about my experience with his business. These days people are not as kind anymore, however, Leonard is 100% top notch as a person and his work was impeccable. If you want some thing done right, efficient, and with respect and kindness ... he is the only one to see and no one else will be taking care of my electrical needs but him moving forward. I need to tell upfront what the project will be upfront.

I was given an estimate and hired the electrician to do the job. After the job was done, I was charged an extra $350. There was no discussion before the work was done. I m sorry it took longer than anticipated, but I think the upcharge was too much. He might say the materials cost money, etc. I have no problem paying for extra materials but was charged extra for labor. Again, it is not my fault that the job took longer than anticipated. I plan on having many more jobs in future as I am in the rental business. I will not use Granite City Electric.

Add outlets to a basement work area. Exceptional contractor experience and highly recommended... Very professional in every aspect. Rapid and reasonable quote. Probably because of the demand for quality workmanship, it took a couple of weeks for him to fit me into his calendar. Work was preformed exactly when and as promised.

He is or was very busy had a hard time getting him out to do the job. But once he got to me he did a first class job. Stayed late and made sure everything was right before he left.
