Drain Clog or Blockage Clearing

Do not hire AIM Plumbing. They quote cheap to get in the door, then push thousands in repairs they can't prove you need. I hired them to hydro jet a clogged pipe. The jet went fine. Then they claimed my pipe had collapsed and quoted $3,400 to fix it. I asked for evidence. They sent one blurry photo that shows nothing. I asked for video. They said that would be a separate charge. In that same email, they admitted they never recorded anything during the service. You want me to trust a $3,400 repair based on a useless photo? You want me to pay you to come back because you didn't document your own work? When I pushed back, they went silent. A week later, my pipes work perfectly fine. Find a plumber who documents their work and doesn't upsell you. Their Google page doesn't allow reviews either, which says it all.

It's easy to feel vulnerable when it comes to plumbing estimates. In this case I felt like the estimate was provided by someone who really knew plumbing and also happened to be a salesman. An estimate I got from another firm was from someone that felt like a salesman who knew a little about plumbing. Much preferred the AIM Plumbing approach.
