I had a number of quotes for my new garage floor and while most were around the same price, I just felt that Granite Garage Floors were a superior company offering a superior product, through their process. Scott came to my house at the agreed time; to look at the floor and went through a step by step process of what would be done. Scott had a wide range of sample finishes to show and was very helpful in his recommendations. Scott was able to answer all my questions to my complete satisfaction. I felt very reassured by the process and finished item. I was able to arrange an installation at a time convenient to me and I did not even need to be home. When I returned home the morning of the first day of a two process, I was very pleased that Scott was there in person. I think it goes a long way to reassure the customer when the business owner is there in person to supervise the work being done. There are a lot of garage floor companies out there, but I feel that Granite Garage Floors is the Mercedes-Benz of garage floor renewals. I am very pleased with the finished result that comes with a life-time guarantee. Scott was very clear in the after job timing of ; walking on the new floor, putting items back in the garage and putting our vehicles back in the garage, at the same time providing care and cleaning instructions. In the unlikely event of a future problem, Scott has assured me that any issues will be fixed, under the life time guarantee. Finally, unlike every other quotation I received; I was not asked for any upfront payment and payment was made after the floor remodel was completed. I can most definitely recommend Granite Garage Floors.

Did exactly what he said he was going to do. Helped moved some things around like my washer and hooked things back up before and after he did the flooring. Did it for price he said he was going to do it for and a little extra work. Crew was very professional, on time, and they cleaned up great. Did everything I could have asked.
