They did a great job. Worked with Stephanie, who help with scheduling my service call for my needs. The tech's were experienced and did a fine job of placing my new soap dispenser on our granite countertop. They were careful to double and triple check the location and drill point. Overall, they were easy to do business with and I will call them again for any other work we may have.

Highly recommended! Absolutely loved working with Stef and team at Granite Jewels. I was looking for a specific look for my kitchen and they found me the perfect slab of what I wanted. Their expertise and staff of installers are friendly and amazing and you cannot beat their pricing! They gave me the best deal for a gorgeous new countertop and sink! I m in love with my new kitchen and I have them to thank! If you re looking for good people, experts who will go the extra mile and get you the kitchen of your dreams for an amazing price- call them! I would have loved to have given this company a good rating. Unfortunately, we encountered a number of issues. When we scheduled their template, we got a reminder call they were coming in the morning instead of the afternoon. When I called to correct this, Ana said that the person confirming had the time wrong because I was dealing with her not them. This became an ongoing theme. When they came to do the template, they told us they wouldnt take the existing counter-tops despite the fact I was told otherwise at the time of the order. Again Ana said it was because I was dealing with her and not them. I asked her to please tell the people installing so they would know when they came. Again, that wasnt the case. Oscar did a good job installing the counter-tops, but we did notice there was a chip in the corner area when they delivered it and we were told this wasnt something he was responsible for. We also discovered about a week after the job a small discolored area in the counter-top (not Oscars fault). I know it cant be rectified, so now we just have to live with it. Very disappointing overall.
