This company is a 15 on a scale of 1-10. The work is impeccable and I couldn't be happier. I bought a house and wanted to match the countertops in my powder room and guest bathroom w the granite in the kitchen. Well they matched it perfectly and it looks exquisite. They were ready to install it earlier than the date that they gave me. Professional and the customer service is on point. HIRE THESE PPL. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED

This company is exceptional. I contacted Hamlet early in the day and he came out that afternoon. Explained to him that my contractor buddy was returning up north within a very short period of time and needed the kitchen countertop & bathroom sink in place before he left in order to complete the plumbing portion of the upgrade. He did some calculating time-wise and stated can do. Moreover, his estimate was well within range of what I wanted to spend. Let me tell you, they came through! As promised, they delivered. Angel and Milton did a wonderful job measuring, cutting, detailing, and installing my kitchen counter top and back splash as well as my bathroom sink & back splash. Angel also took the time to explain the process as he went along. I am extremely pleased with their product, price, and service. Great job fellas!

The best contractors!

In January Granite Perfection installed countertops in our home in our kitchen. The work done was excellent and the workers were very friendly and professional. Hamlet also referred us to Nigel who did work on the kitchen ceiling..his work was also exceptional. We will refer this company to anyone needing this service.

Granite Perfection - This company is experienced, professional, trustworthy, courteous, budget friendly and will not settle for less than 100% customer satisfaction. I decided to replace my counter tops a few weeks before I moved into my new house. I searched for a company on Home Advisor with this timeline. Only Granite Perfection responded. I read their reviews and they were excellent. When I met Hamlet, we looked at granite and quartz counter top as well as new faucet options. He made the entire process very easy and worked with me to find a way to manage the cost within my budget. They installed the quartz and faucets as promised before my move-in date! Unfortunately, the slab that was provided by the manufacturer was not good. They tried cleaning the counter tops with their recommended cleaners to see if it would improve the appearance. Unfortunately, that did not help. Ramon came to my house to look at the quartz to see the condition. I was afraid that they were going to say there was nothing more they could do. I was thrilled that, instead, Ramon told me that they were going to replace them!!!! I went over to the shop and picked out a granite replacement. Within a few weeks, I had beautiful new granite counter tops that changed the entire appearance of my kitchen and baths. Everything looked clean and fresh. If you are looking for a company that you can trust that provides superior service and products, this is the one. They exceeded my expectations. I am forever grateful to them that I as the customer was so important to them. You will be too!

Hamlet and Ramon (and their team) at Granite Perfection are simply excellent to work with. They accommodated our every request that made a major home improvement project a fun experience. A couple of examples. We didn't see the type of granite we really liked at their location, so they asked us if we wanted to make the short drive to their their supplier, who had many more options to choose from. At that location, we found a granite style we really liked. As we looked at many granite slabs during all of our research, we noticed that many had sections of the granite that we would not want as part of our countertops, big color changes and areas that looked "stained". Some of the companies we visited explained that when you get granite, you may not know how your final project will turn out due to the uncertainty and natural look of granite. Hamlet and Ramon eased our concerns in this area. Once the three slabs were delivered to their location and the templates of our countertops were made, they worked with us to place the templates on each slab so that we knew exactly how our countertops would look upon completion. During the installation process, Ramon and his crew did a totally professional job. You can easily tell that they have done this many times before. The final project looks fantastic. As far as recommending Granite Perfection, I would without any hesitation.

Hamlet and his crew went above and beyond for us. We're out of state owners which can make it hard to find quality contractors. From my first contact with them, Hamlet was in constant communication, helped us decide on backsplash, gave us constant updates while the project was going on. Completed everything in the extremely short window we had. Prices are very fair! You would be hard-pressed to find anyone quite like these guys. Highly Highly recommend!!

I hired Granite Perfection LLC to install new granite tops and the job was not done well. The seam is in an awkward spot and very noticeable. There was excess glue and the seam was uneven. I contacted them 2-3 days later to let them know about the seam and cloudiness film over the top of the countertop along with some scratches and a cracked sink from the unlevelness of the granite top. It took me a month of messaging to get them to finally come out and fix their mistakes. They tried fixing the seam but wound up making even worse. You can see the grind marks where they tried to make the seam level. They said that there was nothing they could do about the scratches(even though they caused them.) When Ramon seen the cracked sink he told me that definitely wasn’t right and he would let Hamlet know about it. 2 minutes after they left I noticed an even more noticeable cloudy film over the seam which was where the grinded the unlevel seam. I wrote them back within minutes of them leaving to come back to fix it. I guess after realizing they could not fix the seam they texted me back saying that I insisted that they do it, even though they warned that it would happen. But that was untrue. I never said that. The only thing I insisted was that they fix what they initially messed up, not to make it worse. They emailed us back and said they did the best that they could and sorry I felt otherwise. I was deceived on what they could deliver according to their website and they do not stand by their work or what they claim on their website. I wrote that on reviews and to the BBB and they have then since changed their website and said they never told us that although I have proof of what their website promised before. And about the cracked sink. They told us they would not fix it and that I had to contact the manufacturer and take it up with them. I asked since they cracked it would they pay for the delivery cost and labor for the new sink and they said no, and that I was being unreasonable. I contacted the sink manufacturer and they told me once the sink is installed there is no warranty which doesn’t make sense to me. Come to find out not only did Granite Perfection lie about all of that they also lied about the stone they sold us. They sold us level 2 granite which we wanted but come to find out it’s not even granite at all, it’s marble. They falsely sold us the wrong stone. We wanted granite countertops. I have photos of the original install and then after they came to “fix” it and then also have proof that they did not sell us what we paid for and lied about it. I also have their rebuttals from the BBB where they aren’t being honest either and say they didn’t want to fix it because they didn’t want to do “charity work” The reason we even were renovating our kitchen was because we experienced extensive hurricane damage and I feel this company took complete advantage of us...

From start to finish, the communication was excellent and the counters delivered quicker than normal turnaround time to accommodate our immediate need. Hamlet and his installation crew were absolutely wonderful in every aspect.

I’m not sure exactly how we came across Granite Perfection, but I’m extremely glad we did. Their name is aptly chosen as it definitely describes our experience working with them….Perfection!! After months of back and forth visits to big box stores, and wavering between granite and quartz, we finally found our perfect granite slab at an independent supplier. Once I contacted Granite Perfection for information and to let them know we were interested in their services to install new kitchen countertops and backsplash, I had a visit from Hamlet, who we came to know very well throughout the process. He was extremely thorough, and very tech savvy in providing us with clear and concise initial measurements and estimates…which by the way never wavered. We went on to purchase our slab directly from the supplier and Hamlet and team took it from there. This fact alone likely saved us hundreds of dollars by avoiding the middleman that you’d encounter working with a big box store. Once we had our granite purchased and delivered, the process went as smooth as silk. From Ramon’s spot on template creation, unique cutting skills for an awkward shaped sink, and installation to Victor’s meticulous placing of hundreds of individual glass mosaic tiles there was never a time I questioned their expert craftsmanship. The final result turned out amazing, and we love our “new” kitchen. In addition, unlike many contractors, there was never a time where I felt communication was lacking or they didn’t care about us, or our project. Hamlet was very diligent in always communicating arrival times, durations, and project status. In addition, my wife and son both had surgery in the same week during this project, and Hamlet, on more than one occasion, sent caring texts checking on their well being. This fact alone shows you the type of business and men you’ll be working with if you should choose them for your project. In short, Granite Perfection was very reasonably priced, provided us amazing service, and delivered the most beautiful kitchen countertops and backsplash we could imagine….Perfection!!!

Absolutely the best customer service ever!!! From the first contact until the end of the project Hamlet was ALWAYS responsive and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about the entire experience. All of their workers take pride in their work and complete it to perfection. They installed granite in my kitchen and two bathrooms. The selection of slabs was vast. They also installed stone on my kitchen wall. Granite Perfection did the entire job, removing old countertops, disconnection AND reconnecting all the plumbing, the entire process was easy. There were a few small bumps, but the professional manner in which everything was done was super.
