Hired them to install granite countertops in a few properties I have. Got through the whole process, selected material and scheduled the install for a specific day. I call the day before to confirm they were coming out, no response. The entire day of installation comes and goes, no response. Daniel will not respond to my calls or texts. Everything goes straight to voicemail. I called him from a friend's phone, he answers, I ask what happened and he told me he refuses to work with me because he "only works with professionals" I asked him what he meant and he cursed me out and hung up the phone. I was extremely confused, and still don't have countertops in the houses. Would highly recommend not using this company...
